They get tough, I found, if you leave them out overnight and then microwave them...I probably should have been smarter than that.<BR/><BR/>Could you do more bread recipes? I am always looking for new ones. I am learning how to bake as many things as possible, and bread happens to be easy for me (plus I want to eat it non-stop).
